Get the tooth removed at the earliest. White layer may be traumatic ulcer or due to chronic cheek biting. You can consult through this for prescription of medication to relieve the white layer.
Don't worry about the orange layer it is not an infection. It is debris due to improper cleaning.
The matter of concern for you right now is the impacted molar in that region. Because it is:
1.Causing Pain.
2.Cutting the buccal mucosa.
3.Creating hindrance in proper cleaning.
Next Steps
1.Extraction of the impacted molar.
2.Oral prophylaxis to be done.
Health Tips
1.Lukewarm saline rinse.
2.Night brushing.
3.Rinsing after every meal.

This condition is known as buccaly erupting third molar tooth or in simple terms your third molar tooth is not coming straight instead it is coming at an angle and which will create problem on the inner side of your cheek.
The orangish tinge is because of improper cleaning. So there is calculus deposition in simple terms there is tartar which is deposited. You should get the third molar extracted and get professional cleaning done

Extraction (removal ) of tooth and oral prophylaxis (cleaning)
