Hi my mother facing stomach pain due to gallbladder well distended and shows multiple calculi and multiple polyps adherent to wall, largest calculus measuring 6mm and largest polyp measuring 3 mn. Dilated proximal cbd measuring 10 mm in diameter. No e/o wall thickening

Get an urgent MRCP and liver function test. Dilated CBD suggest the stopped have slipped into CBD.
