What is the rite dosage for Hypothyroid?
I have a Hypothyroid issue and my thyroid is never in control. I used to smoke cigarettes and consume alcohol. Now I stopped both .
My recent thyroid report is:
T3 - 0.80
T4 - 6.10
TSH - 10.48
What would be a rite dosage for me to get my thyroid under control?
And any additional tips will also be a great help.

Yes you have hypothyroidism. You should supplement thyroxine with titration. Start with 50 mcg and after few days repeat TSH. Depending on report again adjust dose of thyroxine.
