My weight is 48kg and height is 168 cm.
I do regular workout and diet but there is no mass or muscle gain results.
Gym trainer told me that check out your testostrone level maybe you need to increase your testostrone level. What are the ways to increase it ? Will it really help in gaining weight and mass ? thnks in adv

Testosterone is a hormone produced primarily in the testicles. Testosterone helps maintain men's: Bone density, Fat distribution, Muscle strength and mass.
