What is resting heart rate?
Some sites are suggesting that resting heart rate is 60 to 100 and some are saying that 60 to 70 is resting heart. While normal walk or doing some work my heart rate will be more than 100 is it normal? Even cold and cough body pain time it is showing 118 reading in oximiter Is this normal?

Normal resting heart rate is between 60 to 100 beats per min After walking , exercise, any stress, any fever or illness heart rate increases as a normal physiological response
