Paraphimosis usually develops when a tight prepuce remain retracted for longer time which leads to swelling of the retracted prepuce skin due to restricted venous blood flow which later causes edema and pain of glans also. Initially it can be reduced manually but if it remains as such for longer time may require surgical intervention. You can consult me online and share you pictures, I will let you know the proper findings and the desired treatment after seeing or examination.
