Hello, My mother have fever for last 5 days.Fever often come and go several times.  She has general weakness, feeling tired and sleepy . Can't eat properly. She is a sugar patient, also have high blood pressure and digestion problem. And their medication is going on. Telma 40, Savzole D, M2 Forte is regular medicines . For current situation she is also having Paracetamol 650 and swich 200. She don't have other corona symptoms.  Kindly advise asap.

First Do a COVID Test for Confirmation. Take Dolo 650 whenever temperature is more than 100°F. Proper evaluation would be required.
