  4. H/O Fever (101F) since 5 days. Now?

H/O Fever (101F) since 5 days
Patient complaints of fever since 5days and diagnosed with dengue through blood test. Dengue NS1 Antigen positive. Platelets count is 2.1 lakh n hb is 14gm%. From today morning she hs fever of 101 or 103 degree n is nt relieving even after taking 1 dolo 650mg n 1 calpol 750mg till now. What should be the plan of action now??
