What is causing my weight gain?
I have been gaining weight steadily for the past 5 years. In 5 years i went from 96 pounds to 180 pounds, I am 5 foot 1. The weight gain happened after i became epileptic and started on depakote, i then switched to keppra, and am now on lamictal still experiencing weight gain. For the past year I have been logging my calories, walking 3 miles a day and eating healthy and I have gained 30 pounds. I also have pcos, endometriosis, pkd, depression, and anxiety.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
