What is acne vulgaris treatment
I am a 23 year old girl suffering from severe acne breakout on the face and neck areas. I'm quite young and these things cause permanent blemishes and marks making my skin look damaged. Are there any home remedies as Acne Vulgaris treatment? If there are a few things I can add up to my routine, please do tell me. Thanks!

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Wash your face daily 2to 3 times with a good oil control face wash. Apply skin friendly noncomedogenic non oily  cosmetics. Take sufficient green leafy vegetables daily drink sufficient water minimise oily spicy food and undue sunexposure. Apply a cooling antiacne gel at night on effected sites after face wash. U can start Azithromycin 500 mg 3days in a wk for 4wks for better result.
