I am suffering from a condition called hyperthyroidism since 2 months. I am 42 years of age, male. I am very confused as per what food and diet I should follow? What are the foodstuff which I should avoid due to hyperthyroidism? And what food I should have regularly so that my condition improves and not worsen?
