Hyperemesis gravidarum
I am 8 week pregnant , facing sever vomiting.
My doctor as prescribed doxinate forte tablet but this medicine is not working so my doctor prescribed me grandem md (Granisetron) tablet.
Does this tablet cause birth defect to my unborn baby..???
Please help me i am really worried 😟
