What Could be a reason
29M: Sudden Deep Under-Eye Wrinkles & Facial Changes After TB Treatment – Reversible? Details: I am a 29-year-old male. In 2020, I had COVID with severe headache symptoms. About a month later, I developed a small lump in my neck. FNAC report said “probably TB.” I couldn’t afford a biopsy, so I started TB medicines. A few days after starting the TB medicines, I suddenly woke up one morning with deep wrinkles under my eyes. By evening, they slowly reduced and my face looked normal again. This happened twice. At that time, my face looked young and normal for my age (24). I stopped TB meds in 2021 after an ultrasound showed no TB — doctors later said it might have been “dandruff-related TB.” However, in 2022, my skin texture suddenly changed again. Since then, every morning I wake up with deep under-eye wrinkles and darker skin. The wrinkles improve slightly during the day but never go away completely. My cheeks have also become flat. What Could be reason? I Didn't lose weight
