What are the tests for gestational diabetes?

Hello! I am 20 weeks pregnant and I recently noticed certain physical and mental changes in me. There are a lot of possibilities for this and I suspect it to be gestational diabetes. Before I go to the doctor’s I would like to know about the Gestational Diabetes test they will conduct before they diagnose it. Thanks!!
