What are reasons for itching of skin all over body

Hi I am 28 year old female and I have a skin allergy problem which often occurs after eating egg. There is itching of skin all over the body and is always present for 2 days. Kindly give me a permanent solution or treatment to stop this itching of the skin all over the body.
