From last 4-5 days every night I have skin itching issue on full body Skin photo attached Please suggest medicine for the same

Tab Zentil: once after dinner : single dose only Tab. Montair LC: once daily after dinner for 3 weeks Use Cetaphil cleansing lotion for bath followed by application of Physiogel lotion
