If possible, please enclose a few photographs of the rashes. Since when are you having the rashes? Are you having any swelling of lips or breathing difficulty? Kindly think back and let me know if you have tried any new food item or having taken any new medicine in the past 2-3 weeks. Do you have any other health problems such as thyroid issues?
