What are nose shaping exercise

I am 18 years old female. I feel that I have a broad nose. I feel because of my nose I do not look good. So I want to shape my nose well. What nose shaping exercises should I do? Will they be helpful? How fast it will help me?

with excercises no.... with creams also no .... Reshaping to a certain degree can be done without going under the knife but you will still have to bear the prick of a needle .... with the injection modality also we need to examine and assess the degree of remodelling and the change that is needed...
