What is nose shaping cream

I am 19 year old girl. People say I have a small and tiny nose. I want to reshape my nose and I have heard there are certain nose shaping creams available in markets. Are these creams useful? Will I have to use them regularly? Do you get side effects?

with excercises no.... with creams also no .... Reshaping to a certain degree can be done without going under the knife but you will still have to bear the prick of a needle .... with the injection modality also we need to examine and assess the degree of remodelling and the change that is needed... Therefore without a proper assessment and examination I do not want to give you any false assurances..
