What are iron deficiency anemia symptoms
I have been noticing cold hands and feet from months. There is inflammation or soreness of my tongue and people say that I look pale. Are these the symptoms of iron deficiency and anemia? Is there any cure or remedy I can follow to treat this?

Hello dear patient you definitely have symptoms of anemia. Better get a Cbc with type of anemia. After that it will be easy to find out the cause and how severe is the anemia. Yes there is cure.
