What are calf pain reason
I am a 34 year old man, who is very fit otherwise. But since last 3 days i am having lot of calf pain. what are calf pain reasons? i dont want to be able to miss my daily squash and disrupt my fitness routine. please suggest treatment too.

It can be injury ,venous thrombosis, referred pain from back etc
