U should see a doctor..
Sometimes patching the eye and giving complete rest also helps ..
And medication for lubrication and infection/ inflammation prevention.

Don't get panic
Welders flash damages outer coat of Cornea temporarily but will become normal within a day or two
Apply Moxicip KT eye drops one drop thrice a day
Refresh liquigel eye drops every one or two hours
