I weigh almost 105 kgs and not losing weight inspite of diet and exercise in the last 6 months. Would you recommend acupuncture with this? If so, how many sittings maybe expected for a loss of 5 kgs?

Yes Acupuncture will help on this...and try yoga exercises maharasanam... don't drink water while eating a food. ...after 30 minutes drink plenty of water ..try water therapy also. after meals try vajirasanam...
