I was doing exercise for one hour for 3 months continuous and i lost only 5 kilos approx! Then with just lemon n honey water and no exercise at all i lost 3 kgs! Now i am controlling my deit as well as playin badminton for 2 hrs daily still not losing weight since 2 months. It is constant! I have
