Weight to be reduced
Need to reduce fat from sides of stomach and thighs. Having proper diet still its the same. Side flaps are bothering me a lot. Please suggest

Inspite of dietary Changes if still fat doesn't get reduce then it's the time to consider for some good herbal weight reducing agents.these medicines are safe and do not act on fat but they directly attack the cause of accumulation of fat.msg me if u want to go for these medicines

The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts.
