My weight is correct for my height. But still i have tummy. Pls tell ne how to reduce only tummy. How to reduce tummy in easy way. pls help me with answer.

Do not skip meals...for tummy reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult dietitian for diet chart and fallow that strictly you will be fine.
