Weight related issue
Good afternoon, My weight doesn't seem to be stable. It keeps on reducing every month. When I used to go for gym, my body physique gets better and I look good but when I leave it starts decreasing gradually. For the past 5yrs I work in the night shift. My shift timing is from 6pm till 4pm. Please provide the best solut

Hi you have built muscles by workout...if you stop they will try regain their original state at that time you may face such problems...start doing exercises,yoga and work out...gradually reduce it then it will be fine...regarding your weight loss there are many causes from life style to serious disease...kindly consult physicians they will do the needful

Hi, during your gymnasium you would have taken high protein diet, supplements etc..., due to which you would have put weight. Maintain a balanced diet, green leafy vegetables, healthy fats, meat, egg, etc..., Take adequate rest, try to avoid working in odd shifts if possible. Kindly consult your Physician for Thyroid profile...
