Hi thanks for your query. I think u do not have proper meal planning! Take good cereals ,pulses,take khicdi,porridge. Good quality animal protein like milk or milk products. Add reasonable cooking oil.add nut,almond 50gm.fruits like banana ,egg two PCs,add butter,ghee ,sllep 8 hours no stress. Plenty of water, vegetables, fruit etc.keep good diet chart..
