I have a problem of PCOD and thyroid. I have an irregular period prob and excessive weight problem . Pimples and hair fall problem is increasing from last 2 months. Please guide me diet to reduce my weight.

Hi, You should follow a balanced diet along with need to do exercises. But to recommend specifically more details like biochemical parameters, dietary habits, weight, height need to know. Include more vegetables, fruits and complex carbohydrates. Drink 3 litre water per day and avoid fast and processed food. In hypothyroidism metabolic rate is low, so one should increase activity level.
