Instead you could can lose weight by healthy and natural ways
Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Avoid outside food and processed foods as much as you can.
Drink plenty of water everyday.
Habe fibre rich foods.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.

Yes intermittent fasting is also good but fasting 16 hours and eat 8 hours for1000 calories
Better to follow naturally eat well Balance diet eat 4-5 small meals at regular intervals.
