Weight loss target
I workout 6 days a week. In a day, I consume skimmed milk, 2 bowl pulses, 3-4 chapatis, one apple, one cup of green tea, one dry veggie(mostly of cabbage and carrots) ,25g raw paneer(not daily). I follow this plan from Mon to Sat. Can i have a cheat day on sun and eat food from outside? Intend to loose 2kgs per week

Hello there yea we understand your feelings your concern to be fit. But then we must appreciate your Diet plan because it is very fantabulous. But then one thing you need to know that loosing weight of 2 kgs per week Is not advisable. Change your target and continuum to workout the results you need will automatically come in your way.
