I workout 6 days a week. In a day, I consume skimmed milk, 2 bowl pulses,
3-4 chapatis, one apple, one cup of green tea, one dry veggie(mostly of cabbage and carrots) ,25g raw paneer(not daily). I follow this plan from Mon to Sat. Can i have a cheat day on sun and eat food from outside? Intend to loose 2kgs per week
