Please suggest a proper diet plan. All my fat gets accumulated near my hips n thighs.
.. My lower portion is heavier.. Is there any plan that would help in reduction from there.

So stop taking all fats products out side,street foods junk,cream base all foods The complications of all these types never happened in a day but since long time in healthy food habits.
