My self weight around 77kg and height 5'3.
I am doing exercise daily 30mins.
After stopping the exercise again gain the weight.
How can i reduce my weight.
My diet contain -
Morning - tiffin
Lunch - rice
Dinner -rice
Taking snacks at 5pm ,house made ,rarely outside food.
Is there any solution to loose weight with out any side effects.
