I am 18 and my weight is 41kg and is not gaining. if i do heavy work i felt lub dub between ear /oblengata.what should i do? which medicene and weight gainer ?or suppliment. Is this are symptoms of any disease?

Hi.. I recommend you to consult a cardiologist initially to evaluate your cardiac fitness.. and then with his concern ..join a gym and workout for good muscle gain.. gradually.. Remember you will never gain anything in a day so keep patience and understanding guidance of a good certified trainer and a physio you can have good base of strength and work for hypertrophy It may take more than a year to develop a good body.. Good nutrition and healthy workout will get u great results.. You can think of having a supplement after sometime.. All the best
