I have AS (diagnosed 13 months ago) thus I have limitations for exercises, I used to jump rope and run because of which I was pretty fit. Now, I am unable to maintain my weight even after 1.5-2 hrs of walking given that I don't have unhealthy diet.
I am trying my best to maintain or loose my weight but it is getting harder. My question which high calorie burning exercises can I perform under this condition? (other than cycling, swimming )
