Hello Congratulations you have lost 5 KGS. But keep in mind that it is recommended to loose 2.5 to 3 KGS per month. Other wise body metabolism gets disturbed. It my give rise to some other serious problems. You have to plan to eat in proper on time then to eat less. Proper diet with exercise will help you to reduce your weight. Just you need to get it designed.
