Hey, you have not mentioned your height. How tall are you? Are you suffering from piles right now?
Next Steps
Have you done any investigations to rule out PCOD & thyroid disorder?
Health Tips
Please avoid all kinds of junk food (that is outside food). Strictly have home cooked food. Please increase your fibre intake( in form of fruits, sauteed salads, whole cereals like whole wheat, wheat bran, ragi, brown rice, oats, husked pulses). Eat small but frequent meals. And if possible exercise atleast 3 days a week for 20 minutes. Avoid desserts, chocolates ... Sleep for minimum 7 hours & drink atleast 2 - 3 litres of water daily. it's been observed people who sleep well & are well hydrated  tend to eat less. Increasing water & fibre intake might help relieve constipation if that's the cause of your piles
