Weight loss.

I am now 55 kg and my height is 175 cm. Previously once I face Chicken Pox 3 year ago, due to that I loose weight about 8 kg. That time onwards I am thin. What can I do to gain weight..? What food Should I take ? Should I take Protein powder if yes then which one ? Any medicine suggestion. But I can not do hard gym because I am having Coccydynia.
