I am 31 years old and weight 89kg, my height is 182cm, what should be my ideal weight and how do I achieve it healthy, I am working in IT with late night calls upto 10pm, how do I reduce my weight sustainably and how to improve my heart , I am using a smart watch and my heart rate is around 100, on an average , when resting it is at 85 to 90 and when sleeping around 65. Please help, I am sole earning member of my family and wish to be healthy to support my family
