Hi As you are just 17..Weight cycling is nearly common in your age.. Try to have well balanced diet, nutrient dense foods, healthy lifestyle modifications, plenty of water around 2 to 3 litres per day, high fiber in your diet, omega 3 and 6 foods, small portion sized meals, low carbs , moderate plant protein, low fat, nuts, seeds, dry fruits..are all essential.. No to outside foods, junk, fast, processed and packaged foods, no to ready to eat instant foods, no carbonated beverages.. Exposure to sun, good sleep, exercises both morning and evening, enough hydration to body are recommended For further details contact through practo for a detailed analysis and customized diet plan Thankyou
