Hello my height is 4.11 and weight is 40.recently I have gone through c section and had a baby at that tym my weight was 47 I am facing weight loss and breast sagging problem.continously day by day my weight is decreasing and my breast has no shape.pls help me out in this.n next to that I am eating everything but no result.
