Weight loss

Hello, I am trying to lose weight for the past 1 month I do gyming which consists of cardio for 20 mins and minimal weights . Also I try to control on my eating habits But haven't seen any results so far . Please help me out with my eating habits I cannot resist my temptations. Thanks in advance
