Generally it is said that one should not drink liquids half an hour or 45 mins before and after food. Including green tea. However , on the other hand some say that it is best to drink hot water or green tea immediately after eating oily or fried or junk food to minimize the bad effect. I am a bit confused pls advise . This in special case when I am trying to loose my weight.

Hi
Don't be confused
Its ideal to drink luke warm water half an hour after ur meals..liquid immediately after any meal will slow down ur metabolism n helps in fat deposition. So avoid liquids in between or just after meals. Drink before meal as it'll cut down ur meal portion
Also limit liquid consumption after sunset.
These tips will add to ur weight loss program. Timing is really very beneficial
