Hi doctor,
To lose my weight Im following a diet of taking only 3 cups of coffee a day. Morning evening and night. Apart from coffee i dont take anything except water. Thn on sundays I eat normally. This works for me and my weight is reducing. Is this good for health. Pls advise.

Its causing you dependancy.
One cup of coffee should be the limittation and it should never be used for weight reduction.
