Weight loss diet
I am 92 KGS 5 ft 1 inch, married. Have been trying to reduce weight for a long time however nothing has actually worked. Please advise what diet should be followed to reduce weight. I have a sedantry profession and major work is through desktop. Hence not much walking is involved in the same.

Hello dear, According to your ht your wt should be around maximum 55 so need to reduce a lot. For this you need strict schedule for diet, physical activity and sleep as these 3 are the pillars of healthy living Drink plenty of liquids including 12 to 15 glass of water. Eat low carbohydrate, high protein, high fibre ,low fat diet devided into 3 meals with lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits. Sleep for 6 yo 8 hrs to make yourself stressfree.

Hi, I understand Ur concerns,u are in a problem.but you are only person can take care of yourself. So try to eat more nutritious homemade food like green veg.skimmed milk,fruits actually it should be seasonal. Drink plenty of water. If u have no time for exercise,then follow these tips: Use stairs instead of lift. Take 5 min walk every hour on office hour. Park your car by some distance from office and go walking.
