Weight loss and heavy blood flow
My wife is breastfeeding our 9 month baby and Since last 2 menstrual cycles she is facing heavy blood flow and reduced weight. Please recommend any checkups or medications we can use for this issue.

Starting cycles will be heavy dont worry just use iron supplimentation and get,thyroid profile and hb once and usg abdomen and pelvis
