Weight loss and Gut health issues
I am 38 years old and facing slow but unexceptional weight loss from last a year a so. Had Diagnosed with IBS (gas, acidity, irregular bowel habits) Treated for H. pylori infection in June 2024; now experiencing gut sensitivity again Recurrent issues with stomach worms History of food sensitivities and allergies (besan, toor dal, maida, milk tea, lemon, sweet potatoes, etc.) Symptoms triggered by soluble fibers like bananas, oats, chia seeds Experience burping, stomach inflammation, headaches, and skin boils after food trigger. What test should I conduct to identify weight loss issues
