It is normal to gain weight by 13-14 kg with respect to your normal body weight,but it is necessary to reduce this weight post pregnancy as soon as possible. Healthy eating habits, high fibre and high protein diet will be helpful in your case. Take small meals and Luke warm water to reduce your weight.
After 10 months of baby u can think abt ur weight reduction. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.
