Age-26 yrs, male. Height-5ft 7 inch. Wt-94 Kg. Food intake- rare breakfast with white bread and milk, lunch- 4 roti, dal, sabji, rice 1bowl, dinner- 4-5roti, dal, sabji, rice 1 bowl, but 5 days in a week, i used to eat Chicken( home prepared) as dinner, alcohol(2-3 days/ week), smoke (8/day). No regular excercise. Also fast food (5/month). No allergy, can eat all food expect nutrella, soyabean. Take 4 hours sleep at night(2-6am). 1 hour sleep at daytime. Drink water 2-3 litre/day. Please help me out of these habits and suggest me the food intakes for quick weight loss. I will give my 100% as per your suggestion..Thank you
