Weight lifting during pregnancy
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I lifted 5kgs weight for 10 minutes. Is it dangerous? Will it cause any problem to the baby ?

Was it coincidental or were you trying to test your stamina and energy ? If it was coincidental (like you were traveling in a bus and there was no place to keep your baggage) then it is all right. But this is not the time to test your stamina and energy.

If you are used to weight lifting it's fine. Weightlifting does put strain on your abdomen and pelvis, do it under the guidance of a qualified trainer.
